RETURN POLICY

 

Ribadao Flooring is a natural, unique product, characterized by variations in tone and dimensions of the grains. These variations do not constitute flaws before forming part of the natural, unique beauty of the wood floor. These variations occur in the specific nature of the wood are normal and stress the natural beauty of the places where the floor is installed.

All returns must be processed by fax or e-mail and first be authorized within 15 days of delivery receipt. There can be no returns or cancellations after 15 days from receipt of product.

 

Cancellations: Please notify us immediately of any cancelled orders. Cartons must be unopened, resalable and returned within 15 days after approval authorization.  Cancelled orders will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges. Ribadao will be able to provide shipping arrangements but will deduct the freight charges from the return balance.

 

Damaged Products: If shipments are damaged or delivered with the wrong product, please DO NOT refuse the order. This will incur additional shipping charges and further delays the reimbursement and replacement process. Note all damaged on Bill of Lading and contact us immediately. Take and save pictures of damage for claim use.

 

Special Orders: Any order for product other than Ribadao current running line and stocked items is considered a “special order”. Special orders require 50% payment at time of the order. Special orders are subject to 50% cancelation fee once order has been finalized and placed. A Ribadao representative will alert you if an order being placed is considered special order.

 

Accessories (molding & stair parts, adhesive, underlayment, etc.) cannot be returned.
